A nice pair... I like the lighting and the colour combinations here.
Thanks guys!

Day 97

I'm in full Frühjahrsmüdigkeit mode (springtime lethargy, but I find the German term for it fascinating), I'm not depressed, but I'm incredibly tired and weak, so I probably won't be taking any decent photos in upcoming weeks. Today's model is one of my most underappreciated ghouls (she only got 1 photo last year), Welcome To Monster High Cleo. She's the only reboot doll I like. I also have a reboot Abbey, and I did like her at first, but now I'm thinking about selling her... Reboot dolls just aren't my cup of tea...

She’s very striking in the B&W. I think Cleo was one of the best if the reboot dolls, from what I’ve read in reviews & things.

German has some of the best descriptive words for feelings and situations. In English I would use “just feeling a bit blah” to describe the lethargic, can’t be bothered, but that German word is much more exciting smile
She's very pretty, and well suited to a b&w photo.
Well, I learned a new word, but I probably won't remember it... LOL
That kind of blah describes me all winter. Although the ex.planation behind this is quite interesting.
Hope you feel a bit of energy to perk you up soon.

Yeah, me too... for a variety of reasons.  slash

But this is an absolutely glorious portrait of reboot Cleo. Her hair looks stunning rendered in monochrome. Her eyes are lovely, and they look quite large!
I also like the crisp, sharp focus.
The B&W works for this Cleo. I like the softer look she had in this version.
The b&w reboot Cleo seems to add something to her that I think a lot of the reboot dolls missed, but I can't necessarily properly ex.plain. It just highlights all the good things about her
Day 98

Remei is keeping herself warm by cuddling plushies while waiting for me to finally sew something for her.
An excellent way to keep warm.
Awww! Yay for fluffy friends.

How do you pronounce Remei's name? (Rem-ee? Rem-ay?)
BYBY Cleo is gorgeous! Reboot Cleo probably looks fairly tame next to her, but she does look great in B&W. I like the posing of the two Pullips.

That plushy is going to have to pull out all the stops to out cute Remei.

I find it interesting that there would be such a thing as spring lethargy. I usually feel re-energized by the warming temperatures and all of nature coming back to life.
Both of them are very cute!
If you're sewing clothes for her, can you use existing BJD patterns, or are there different proportions so you have to make your own?

This. But the Wikipedia article I linked above suggest some 'whys' which I thought were interesting.
Well, plushie cuddling is the best way to keep warm... She looks very sweet there!

Remay (like the month). And the e in 'Re' is like red (and not like, say, replay). Ugh, sorry, English pronunciation is kind of a puzzle to me, so I'm not sure I'm ex-pressing myself very well...

Thank you both! T be honest, it would make much more sense to me to have mre energy in spring, not less, but that's how I've always been...

I know, right? And thanks!
Day 99
Migraine shot.

My genuine first thought was that they were all attempting to do the Thriller dance.

My second though is how your shelf shots seem to give across an appropriately spooky atmosphere for the MH dolls.
