The Original Trio is great - can’t believe the line is 9 years old

Love the black and white version of the original trio. It's too bad the party couldn't continue.

Because it was an anniversary the B&W pic of the original trio is just perfect.

(Has it really been nine years? I guess so; I purchased my first Monster High figures, Lagoona Blue and Draculaura, in early July 2010.)

Thank you! The party continues in fan circles, although I had to admit that it's a somewhat quiet party right now, without the new releases, MH boeards aren't nearly as chirpy as they used to be... On the plus side, MLP gen 1 or Jem and the Holograms communities are still going strong, so I guess that MH community just needs to get used to the new pace.

My favorite evil queen practising some water magic (I felt completely uninspired, so I was just trying various stupid things, and I kinda liked this...).

I wonder what she sees in her orb

Wednesday is wondering if Raven's orb gets a good reception when scrying. Her mirror cuts out often.

But Raven’s whole thing was that she didn’t want to be evil.

Oh, it's not for scrying, she's just materializing some water. I think she's trying to find a magic shortcut to creating water balloons, so that she can have a battle with Maddie (the weather's hot here, so they want to play with water to cool themselves), and maybe throw some at Apple.

I see evil queens as their own supernatural species, common features are pale skin, dark hair, looking abnormally gorgeous in gothy fashions and some kind of supernatural powers, most often black magic, also they tend to develop evil personalities, but they don't have to. Raven is an anomalous specimen, a bit like Sarah in InCryptid.
