It was a fun race, and I'm fairly certain that Kit may have done something to Theo's bike...

For those interesting - here's the wide shot from the finish line - Elfy didn't get a good one to include.

This is hilarious! (See? See? I said it would be Opal!)
Haha, looks like Roni and Opal are the clear winners. Oh dear, what did happen to the bikes?
Haha, left 'em in the dust. Is anyone surprised? LOL
Those cobblestones'll take out a bike every time! (Which reminds me, the start of the Tour de France is less than a week away!)

Not entirely fair about the mechanical issue; although a good driver/rider will always double-check his or her machine (or other mount) prior to any outing, and particularly before a race.

Well done, Roni! And congratulations to your pony!
Roni was the winner. Opal is her horse. Kit’s problem with the Vespa has always been steering.

Oops! I was thinking about Kit sitting forlorn in the bushes there while I typed. I shall correct my response!

Pretty sure if we could hear Kit she would have been saying ‘Oh bugger!’
It was time to take another picture of Finn, because I haven't taken enough pictures of him, already, right?

He was feeling rather Australian, and what else would a good Aussie do than take their didgeridoo out and make some music?
Play... until I shoot through, Blue.

I know that some didgeridoos are quite large, but this one is ginormous!   LOL
Wow, two-storey didgeridoo!
I think it’s a case of a small doll and a didgeridoo. The didge is actually a small souvenir one we got at Kuranda last year.
I know it's only a small didgeridoo, but it looks enormous next to him. And I'm sure it makes a wonderful noise when he blows in it too... LOL
I'm sure he's quite the musician!
He’s still trying to get the circular breathing thing down. He may ask to borrow Jo and Tansy’s harmonica.
