There are always lulls in enthusiasm, not to mention time constraints, when attempting a Daily Photo Project. That's natural. And that's when the quick, no-effort snapshot comes in to play.
As perhaps you've noticed, my recent photos are pretty lackluster. Several of them have already been pictures of dolls in their boxes. Sometime I ladle on a hefty helping of cheesy Instagram filters in a lame attempt to spice things up.
Every photo doesn't need to be a work of art. Even a fairly long stretch of low-effort snapshots is okay, because eventually the enthusiasm will return.
Well, usually it will.
This reminds me: I've already been planning to put together a list and a box of "easy" figures and dolls for quick pix on those days when it's not coming together. I need to try to assemble that "back-up kit" tomorrow.
It's fun to visit the forum every evening to see what people have posted. Of course, if the Project stops being fun for you, then yes, it's time to give it up. But go ahead and coast for a while if you're feeling tired, and see if the enthusiasm returns.

Don’t give up! I went through this last year at various points, there were times when it was a real struggle to think of something to do.
But if you really really can’t stand the thought of having to take another photo, step away as you dot wabt to resent the dolls/toys over this. It’s supposed to be a fun challenge!

And your little punk is so cute!My photos will probably never be more than snaps of the doll, because that's pretty much all I can do. It has made me happy though, to show off a few of the dolls I have loved looking at all these years.

Yeah, you can do it! But if you find it isn't fun, then take a little break. You can do a doll most days. As long as it's fun -- it's not supposed to feel like homework.
