On another note, would you recommend the 6 Queens Musical? I had an add pop up saying it's going to be touring here in April, and I was considering whether we should go or not.
She was very comfy - when the picture was done, we watched St. Trinian's, and she was very happy with that

Kind of thanks to - well, in part - the MLP episode of The Toys That Made Us, I decided to go looking for some childhood ponies.
Princess Crystal was one of the magician ponies - she's meant to be able to see the future. I don't ever remember characterising her like that - I had her as a Princess of the Galaxy who could travel between different alien worlds and had a duty of protection to them all.
... Pony stories were complex when I was a kid.

Heh, I have to agree there, though I have to admit I don't dislike some of the designs of gen 4, it's just gotten a bit... It feels like all they do is repeat the same ponies over and over and, well, that was never the fun of the line for me as such. Crystal here has such fantastic colours - I've been looking online for different colour combinations because I'm having a wave of nostalgia that makes me curious LOL.

... Huh, I did not notice how yellow it photographed there. It's a bit more of a neon green-yellow mix IRL. But you are right - it stands out beautifully against her dark purple body. I really like those kind of combinations.

Moondancer! Okay, so this dear is actually one of the newer 35th anniversary reproductions that Hasbro have been releasing, but oh, isn't she just gorgeous? Definitely one of my favourites.

There's something about the chunkiness of Gen 1 that just leads to this level of adorableness. And yes, a moon dancer would fit in perfectly in Oddwickshire. If it helps? These ones are currently available on online stores - Amazon is one of the big ones that has them in.

He's about... maybe 21cm total? He's actually fairly easy for taking out and about, I just need to get a proper little case or bag to put him in to keep him safe.
I swear the symbols on ponies made it so easy to come up with a ton of scenarios for them.

Nora can wear colour, she just prefers to stick to the all black. She thinks she looks like a Christmas decoration otherwise. Well, Lurlinemas in Oz, but it's the kind of same holiday.

Penguins don't have ears, so where is the brass ear button? Or is that a feature only of Steiff bears?

Yeah, I leave the tags on my Steiffs, largely 'cause I'm not sure how to get them off safely.
Oh, the brass button is on the wing - you can see a little bit of the yellow label they attach to it.
