They are very industrious. None of ours even approach this level of getting stuff done.

Your crew seems quite adept at growing pretty flowers! And at looking pretty while growing flowers!

If I could have a roaring fire I might not need the generator.

Have roaring fires been banned in Canada for contributing to Climate Change?   Oh My

Getting stuff done? Yeah, let's take a look at what they're up to today, shall we:

14 Smartember - "Hey, Janie, look! These copper oil plug gaskets make perfect Smart Doll sized bracelets!"

So much for getting things done!   Tongue

RE: davidd’s A DOLL A DAY 2021 - Alliecat - 09-15-2021

Well, it's nice that they still have an eye for fashion while dressed for the grunt work. LOL

No, but they are generally frowned upon in buildings that don't have actual fireplaces...

RE: davidd’s A DOLL A DAY 2021 - Elfy - 09-15-2021

You gotta look good while getting stuff done.

RE: davidd’s A DOLL A DAY 2021 - Lejays17 - 09-15-2021

Why shouldn’t they look good while doing stuff? And it’s fun looking forward appropriately sized Dolly stuff while doing other things.

Oh!  Oh My Well, I guess that makes sense. Sounds like maybe you need to start hauling home rocks from your beach trips! You'll have enough for a picturesque chimney in no time!

But of course!

More fun than doing the "other things," usually.  yay

15 Smartember - Addie offers to help

RE: davidd’s A DOLL A DAY 2021 - Alliecat - 09-16-2021

Ha! It's funny how big they look till you see them with something like this that reminds you of the perspective.

Yeah, add it to the rest of the off-grid fortress for when NB plunges off the precipice into insanity.
... oh, wait

RE: davidd’s A DOLL A DAY 2021 - Elfy - 09-16-2021

Compared to Pullips the Smart girls are still pretty big, although Addie is being dwarfed by the spanner.

You mean, along with the rest of the world.   Dead

Big tools for big jobs!

16 Smartember - Laundry Day

RE: davidd’s A DOLL A DAY 2021 - Elfy - 09-17-2021

If I was Addie I'd be worried about falling in and having the machine accidentally turned on.

RE: davidd’s A DOLL A DAY 2021 - Alliecat - 09-17-2021

It's fun to see how many photos you take of them doing chores. I rarely stop to do photos like that; I just want to get all that stuff done and it doesn't occur to me, most of the time.

17 Smartember - Cleaning the dryer lint trap

RE: davidd’s A DOLL A DAY 2021 - Alliecat - 09-18-2021

Ha ha, I just did two massive loads of laundry and the amount of lint was ridiculous. Where do I hire this gang?

The Employment Agency has a convenient web site:  https://shop.smartdoll.jp/collections/filter-smart-doll-all

The initial application fee is somewhat steep, but after that... the ongoing costs can also be steep, necessitating an extra summer job or two. It's a self-defeating cycle, really.  Dead

18 Smartember - "Oops! Dropped my cap!"

Addie inadvertently dropped her cap behind the dryer, revealing another cleaning project to add to the endless list.

LOL
Well… If they’d actually do the work, over the long term I suppose it would be cheaper than hiring a handyman at $30 an hour.
No, Addie, don’t go behind the dryer!
