Fluffy, frilly, and fabulous! I like the delicate lace around the top hem!
They're not dolls, they're action figures!

The lace is so lovely and in-scale - how do you manage it?

elastic lace trim, found on WAL MART house-brand "Secret Treasures" cotton panties, $0.88 each.

you can probably find the same at your local store, and, perhaps in greater color variety than at mine.
(my store only had white and mint green on hand last i checked)

Huh. I wouldn’t have thought to harvest elastic from panties. I think I’ll have to look for those!

She looks lovely in her pretty white dress! One of the nice things about dressing all in white is you don't have to worry about staining the body. And the dress will go with a lot of other colors.

well, i'm pretty sure that vinyl staining isn't an issue at all,
if one has the time/desire/skill to make their own doll fashions from colorfast, washed fabrics gleaned
from real clothing found at thrifts and such.

also, the quality of the fabrics are pretty much always far higher
than what the manufacturers source for pre-fab doll fashions at virtually any price,
so, providing one has sufficient skill to get cut and fit right, homemade doll fashions can look far more realistic,
even at small scales such as 1/6...
