Thank you kindly!!! M. R. James is a favorite of mine! I find his stories very heartwarming, I read them every Halloween. I'm afraid that the photo is not nearly enough crooked for Dr. Caligari's cabinet, though. That would require a whole new set of coulisses... To be honest, I was never able to watch Das Cabinet to the end (or rather, in one go), it gives me headaches (mostly the intertitles). That might not be a completely undesirable outcome, considering it's an Ex³pressionist horror film...

Your migraine shots are still way more creative than my I’m-100%-well shots.

This looks like a promotional poster for a 50’s or 60’s horror film.
