Thanks, all! Myufish nailed it - she is a Charlotte wearing Humpty Dumpty Byul's stock. She was destined to become a bait, but I've been looking for a Dal with gold eye shadow for this outfit and realized she had it. She has grey/blue glass animal eyes and is wearing Katoya's wig. (The Byul should have had this wig.)

And the bag is the best part of the stock, along with the egg head!
