Are you trying to post pictures from your Flickr?
All you have to do is go to the photo you want to post. Then on the right hand side there is a little curved arrow, click on that, it will give you 3 ways of linking your photo, link, HTML and BBCode. You need the BBCode one. Once you copy the link and post it here, it should look like this:
