You know you're really a photography fanatic when someone gives you a bouquet and the first thing you think of is "PICTURES!!!"
I have the nicest boss, and she brought a lovely little bouquet.



Of course, the matching red-haired girls had to pose with that.


Looks like she's found some treasure in the middle of the flower. (The florist actually put glitter on the central one. Never seen that before.)



Nicely colour-coordinated, 'Princess Scarlett' is back for an encore.






Then, my beallara orchid decided to make only its second spike ever, and my newest little supermodel is also perfectly colour-coordinated.





It was crappy lighting, and freezing, but even on a 6-degree December day, doesn't she look tropical??



I have decided she must be Polynesian...
(yes, I think about Hawaii a lot this time of year... I loved it and I hate the cold!)

Alas, no more outdoor flower photos... several inches of snow buried my nice green backyard in just a day.


Tried some indoor photos too... still don't love the light but with her darker colouring, I love the way she photographs!!

Ah, great pictures!! Your orchid and your newest Little Pullip match perfectly, that is great. (And congratulations on your beallara flowering! It's always a great feeling when a plant that hasn't bloomed in a long time, puts up a spike...)

Such lovely flowers, and equally lovely girls! And I can definitely see Polynesian features in Crystal! Those orchids match her perfectly, too!

Even although Sunsette's hair matches the red flower better (and I love her so don't tell her I said this ) I can't help but favour Scarlett. She looks SO pretty in that princess dress

As for Crystal, purple being my favourite colour just adds to how much I adore all of her photos. I think my favourite is the second last one with her halfway lurking in the orchid's petals. The colour you used for her to stand on makes that pic pretty damn perfect IMO

It's almost scary how well that bouquet color coordinates with your ladies. I can't help but wonder if your boss was also thinking "photos!".

Heh, not likely; she'd never seen any of the dolls except Daesani who was on her Christmas card. It was funny when she walked in and said, "Oh, and there she is."
