Squee, vampire plushies!!! They're so cute!

Oh they are fantastic looking! WEE LITTLE PUPPET MEN!

Since I never watched the show and I’m not familiar with the characters, I must admit that my first thought as I started to scroll down was vampire Statler and Waldorf.

It's quite cold (for us anyway) down here, so time to dress warmly.



Becky was rather concerned that Maeve was not dressed warmly enough for the weather, so gathered some of her winter woollies and showed them to Maeve to give her some more weather sensible options.

It's only July, which should be high summer here, but the nights are already growing sufficiently chilly that these knitted woolens look inviting.

The box of woollies look very inviting, but Maeve might be a person who doesn't feel the cold as much as Becky does.
(a parallel to the humans in the house, I think!   )

Summer has been weird here so far. It is currently warm, but just two days ago the days were cold enough to require long sleeves, and I also had to switch back to long-trousered pajamas. I don't like the heat, so I don't miss the hot weather, but it would be nice to have some stability, as this way I never know what to take with me if I go out. Also, cold waves during the summer usually come with heavy rains and storms, which have been causing major issues in the past few years.

Becky thanks everyone. She likes to knit, and she can’t wear it all herself, so she shares with her friends.

We got a couple of new arrivals today. Lejays has said that one of them is mine, and unlike a certain other forum member who shall go unnamed, we like to set them free as soon as possible. Groove call her Jeanne and I just love her look, I've rechristened her Cherie. Here she is as an introductory shot. I'll do something more for my weekly shot, during the weekend.
