My 30th birthday was this past Saturday, and yesterday a very surprising box appeared at my doorstep!
My best friend had this sweet gal sent to my house, and she's something special! (Both my best friend and NieR LOL  LOL )
It's been an incredibly long time since I have brought a new Pullip into the group, so I'm very happy today after unboxing her. 
Here's just some quick snapshots of this exciting event for me~

Also, it's pretty funny/interesting to me.. in my earlier years of collecting, I didn't really care about the boxes too much. They were thrown away since they just took up so much space in my bedroom. Now that I'm older, I appreciate the box and box art so much more.  Happy

I used to care about the boxes, but I've since thrown them out for the reasons you mentioned above. LOL

Happy birthday!

She’s a lovely new addition & a great surprise too. I like her hair & the contrast to the black outfit.

I have all of the boxes our dolls came it, in tge bedroom wardrobe, but they do take up a lot of room in there!

I am going to try and be more active around here. I miss the forum atmosphere, and FB is getting a little tiring for me. Lots of drama in pretty much all the hobby groups I'm in!

I agree the box art is overlooked.  The little details like rabbits on in the background of some of the Alice boxes are so cute!

I would tend to not put her hat on, because it covers up her lovely pink hair.
