Konomi is based on the rather Delicately-proportioned 2018 OBITSU 26cm. Doll Body.

if you are familiar with the WorldBox AT-201/203 bodies, - which are closer to the typical Barbie/Fashion Doll side of the sizing scale -
then you should get a good idea of the OBITSU 26's sizing from this;
