I only recall seeing it for sale once for either $12 or $15 a while ago and it went rather quickly, I remember kicking myself for missing it because I was looking for it as well (I have since bought a second Another Alice and she came with one).

I think she's worth more than $148 NRFB these days, you'll probably pay at least $200 NRFB for her. She went for $250 at the end of 2010. But just keep an eye out for a nice deal, someone might decide to sell her MIB with stock.
