She's certainly cute. I love her little two-toned shoes.
Her shrubby friend is cute, too. Perhaps remodeling the deck with a little cut-out for the bush would be an option, because obviously it really wants to be there!

Hmmm... I don't know anything about digital focusing ability, but maybe... I know the paler dolls wash out more in brighter light. I haven't tried a focusing test with them.

I did think about cutting out the deck, and if I was somewhere tropical and it was a palm tree, I might, LOL

... but, with 5 stems and getting shrubbier, I'm gonna have to try to move it.

More J-Doll pix! Someone got out the closeup lenses, so it was kinda like school portrait day today, with several of the girls getting a turn out back.

Love the close up photos but once I hold them in my hand I appreciate their faces more. I really love the blue girl. She is amazing. I wish it was a little easier to change their bodies and stuff

I took a closer look after reading that, and yes they do smile

Closeup lenses really bring out the details.

When you have so many photos to sort & post but then you go and take more....
Abbi got today's call for the pic-a-week shoot, and of course you can't take just one dolly photo, so I shot a bunch more. I really wanted her for quite a while too, until some lil enabling-fairy on here tipped me off about the Sample Sale.
So here's just a whole bunch of photos of her!

The forsythia's dropping its blooms already...

I didn't like the background, but this was the best branch for her to sit on.

Hand-held quickie. The light was going.

I didn't know she had streaks in her hair till she arrived. Trying very hard to keep it neat LOL

That lacy-boho-mori outfit is amazing! And all J-dolls have such adorable little faces! I love how you posed her in these photos, she looks super natural and relaxed. Beautiful photos!

Yep, the outfit was why she was on my most-wanted list for such a long time. It's really pretty & well-made.

In contrast, here's Natalie, in... a scarf LOL

And a bunch more pix from her shoot with the butterflies.

The light was really going at this point; had to chase it from patch to patch...

This one was actually my favourite for lighting, pose, etc.... but I was lazy & hadn't taken off her shoes... and they just spoiled the whole fairy goddess vibe so I had to crop it. LOL

I tried again a couple nights later with even worse low light.

"Go on.... safe journey...."
