What a fustercluck Flickr's "upgrade" has been. PTFCo has so much news and they're tearing their hair out (in one case literally) waiting to share. Couldn't upload anything last night. In an attempt to amuse frustrated users, Flickr has had (or is trying to have, if you can upload) a contest. Take a picture of their panda that was on the site during the outage, having an adventure. I started off with Daesani stalking him with a camera, but, this is kind of more how the crew feels about Flickr, so...
I'm probably gonna get haters...

Awesome! Flickr calls it their Bad Panda. Well, it's been said that the only good panda is... well, you know.
I'm totally on board with your attitude regarding Flickr right now. The site is so slow... again... as to be non-functional, and uploading is still not working for me.

Haha, now the faves and comments aren't working on Flickr. So yeah, who better to send after the panda.
Werepuppy, he comes with his knife and great big gun, which is what Daesani's stalking the panda with in the previous photo
(Some guy on the help forum is complaining that he's lost half a million views. Gone from 5 million to only 4.5 million, since the changeover. ...Um, wow, life is hard.
His bird photos are excellent, but, really, if that was my biggest problem... ! )
