I found that if I keep clicking "refresh," after twenty times or so it connects.

Another really-balanced-not-cheating pose. This 6-inch jointed seamless anime-style figure is what I stumbled across "in real time" while typing a caption here on the forum a couple of weeks ago. It was on sale for thirty bucks shipped with no tax or tariff. Finally an impulse buy which I'm not regretting - it's a fun li'l fig!

Three full bathrooms, plus a half bath.

Detached "ohana unit" (or "mother-in-law apartment") (translation: "potential rental income -- long-term or short-term")

Priced considerably below the tax assessment.

And although the property did not "show" well, chances are that thoroughly shampooing the carpet and painting the walls, not to mention clearing out all the random abandoned junk, would make it at least livable. In fact, those few steps might allow the buyer to "flip" the property quickly with an investment of only a few thousand dollars and a week of industrious work to boost the curb appeal.

That one was an "opportunity" for "the right buyer."  LOL
