Fiori is my favourite this round, she is stunning. Having said that I also love Princessa with her very good taste
, Margot, Ra Muw, Sarah, V-det & Perscita. I think every photo is excellent, mythology is not an easy subject and all these girls look awesome.

Ahahaha! DAlthulu cracks me up. Very good job from everyone again. I'll have to sleep on it to decide which ones (one is not possible) I like best. For mine (V-det), I do urge viewers to look at the flickr link too. It looks much sharper there.

Fiori's photo is spectacular! I also like very much Aileen, Ra Muw and V-det! Perscita reading Percy Jackon is also a great one and Princessa's obsession with Loki is brilliantly funny! I enjoyed looking at the great variety of interpretation for this theme!

So much creativity this round. I think my personal favorite is Taegan's because it's so original yet really sticks to the theme. But I love the myths that inspired V-det's photo (which has beautiful lighting), Scout's photo, and Ra Muw's photo. Ami is another personal favorite- so cute!
Everyone is doing such an amazing job with these challenges. I'm super impressed.

Byronic Heroine over on the Dal house forum says it's an Aztec creation myth. Here's a little synopsis from Wikipedia...
In one of the Aztec accounts of creation, Quetzalcoatl and Tezcatlipoca joined forces to create the world. Before their act there was only the sea and the crocodilian earthmonster called Cipactli.[25] To attract her, Tezcatlipoca used his foot as bait, and Cipactli ate it.[25] The two gods then captured her, and distorted her to make the land from her body. After that, they created the people, and people had to offer sacrifices to comfort Cipactli for her sufferings. Because of this, Tezcatlipoca is depicted with a missing foot.[25]
