I'm not familiar with the Sailor Moon character, but the Dal is really quite cute.

Her faceup is much less anime than Kaname Madoka.

Her red ears things are positioned using wires, a little weird but they work.

Her top is a jumpsuit so she has something on under that cute skirt (a frequent complaint I have about Dal dolls, when they aren't wearing panties). She has large round pink earrings.

Her elaborate hairstyle scares me but seems fairly sturdy, and I love the color.

^ This is how I feel. I'm too scared to even move her! I'd *never* be able to get that hair back up, and few people would be reselling her wig. She's a shelf-display-only doll!
(But very cute!)The leotard is part of the characters' design in the anime. It's so that they aren't indecent when jumping around and fighting nega-monsters, I guess. ?

I did not think I would say this, but she IS cute! She even looks like she has a faint smile!
But I must agree, her hair looks a bit complicated to put back in style...

If they weren't wearing leotards, they certainly would do a lot of inappropriate flashing! I bought two dolls, so in the next couple of weeks I will rewig/rechip/redress one and see how she looks.

Maybe one with long bangs? :? When I deal with strange eyebrow colors, I tend to just try to cover them up. ^^; (Perhaps orange would work? Or wine-red? Or PURPLE?!

I finally got to the Sailor Moon anime episode in which Chibi Usa is introduced. I can see now why people find her so annoying. And why Dal was the appropriate choice for her.

Oh she is very cute! She might make a good blonde. I mean I do kinda find her annoying but she is a good character. I think she makes a great plot device.
