Lari's Dolly Photos - desiree.lari - 08-03-2016
Hello everyone!
I'm still pretty new here, but figured I'd start showing you guys my babies! Akemi was my first, and then after that I started buying nudes to redress/rewig/rechip. I have since started collecting full stock dolls only, but I'm starting to run out of room, so my poor modified dolls are shoved onto one shelf until I get another bookcase. I only have one full stock doll down on that shelf and that is Raiki, because he's with his best friend Seiran
Anyway, without further ado, here they are! I only have photos of my full stock dolls right now..but I'll use this thread for all of my photos

and now, Meet Ziah!!
Ziah is a very special little lady to me. I believe she was my first Dal, and the only one that I ever really bonded with. When I first got her I didn't like her much, but the more I looked at her face, that sweet, sweet, face..the more I fell in love. I bought her second hand with a paint rub on her lips, and a slight rub on her cheek. I don't know much about fixing that kind of thing, so I left it, and now it doesn't bother me much anymore. She was a dotori, and her wig was a complete mess, so I cut it hoping to fix it a little. That didn't really work, so I bought her a new wig. 2 Actually, a minty one, and a purple one. Once they got here I decided the mint was the right one for her. I change her eyechips as well. Now I think she is just the most beautiful girl. She has the biggest personality out of all of my girls..she practically screams from the shelf "come pick me up, let me play!" She's a mischievous little one, but she's great

Thank you! I was noticing last night how many very light and innocent looking pullips I have..I need more colorful and dark ones now! I've been looking at Kuhn, Midnight Velvet, and Jaldet lately

Cute collection, I like how you zoomed in on the faces so I could really appreciate their eyechips. I never noticed Kiyomi had glitter chips before! Can't wait to be introduced to your modifieds

My first custom pullip
I absolutely adore her. I don't like her lashes much..I can never seem to get a thin enough line, no matter what I try. I need to try another customizer's brush of choice and see what I can do..maybe my brush just isn't right. I use the smallest one that I found at hobby lobby.Anywho, here she is
her outfit definitely isn't final, I want to find her something more mermaid-y. Good job on your first custom!
I like the colour scheme. You could try asking Connie Bees at Yummy Sweets Dolls what brush she uses. She did detailed eyebrows on a mini that look like she used a brush with ONE hair in it! Maybe you have to thin out some of the brushes you have. But her lashes don't look bad here.
