TAKARA Jenny AGIS "Lillian" (1999) - tasuke - 12-24-2017

i passed this girl up several years ago, and grew to regret it. recently, another popped up on the bay, and i jumped on her.

she's part of a four-doll "ANGELS GARDEN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL" (AGIS) original character doll series TAKARA released around 1999.
her head is obviously a refined update of TAKARA's "Nakoruru" headsculpt, TAKARA's first stab at an Anime-style doll headsculpt from around 1995.

i tried her on my Nakoruru's OBITSU body, and am pleased to say she was worth the wait.
like Nakoruru, her head skintone doesn't quite match up to any OBITSU, but i can live with that.

i like her as is, a lot. Nako will have to wait for another 27cm. N SKIN S BUST OBITSU soon as i can afford another...

Her name is リリアン Lillian if that helps. They're all given foreign names spelled with katakana on the box scans you posted.
バレリー "BaReRii" - Bailey? Beverly? is the tanned one and フェリス "Firisu" - Felica? Ferris? Felicia..? is the blonde one with bangs.
I bet the Firisu is supposed to be Ferris, like from Ferris Bueller's Day Off. It was a popular Western movie from before the dolls were made.
Sorry about the language sperging, but I thought it might be interesting, especially if you're looking for the other dolls. Great find!

painted the inner eyes in, as well as a black Lacquer effect on her Zori sandals;

decided to go with a "pure, innocent maiden" motif with her, white cotton undies, "Gohei" Shinto purification Branch, and pink paintwork on her "Zori" sandals;
