That's a pretty mirror! Scrying has been in the family for generations, so I'm sure Wednesday is going to get a very clear picture!

I love the picture of Leia and Wonder Woman! Two of my favorite badass ladies together!

You’ve had quite the variety of denizens of Wonderland staying with you!

Sadly scrying doesn't always have full network coverage

Two of the most badass ladies!

Yeah, it's odd Tongue I'm much more of a Neverland girl myself.

18. To Be or Not to Be

Whether tis nobler to be heir of Vader
Or to forge thy own path with saber laid bare...

I can't really do Shakespeare mimicry, sadly. But since he and Rey arrived today, I decided the photo really ought to go to one of them. And who doesn't love a bit of Hamlet imagery, really?

RE: Werepuppy's (Attempt At) Doll-A-Day 2019! - neon_jellyfish - 01-19-2019

He makes a surprisingly good Hamlet!

RE: Werepuppy's (Attempt At) Doll-A-Day 2019! - GreysPrincess - 01-19-2019

Bahaha that’s great!

LOL I sympathize. My crystal ball seems to be on the fritz.

I thought that was a pretty good start on Shakespeare mimicry. It would be fun to read more re-written for these characters!

RE: Werepuppy's (Attempt At) Doll-A-Day 2019! - Elfy - 01-19-2019

Oh I like that, and the recasting to fit in with Hamlet.

I like the scrying photo and your twist on Hamlet.

Got to imagine that his co-workers would prefer quiet introspection over the rage and breaking everything hissy fits he seems to have!

It's really something that needs to be fixed.

Well... there are the Shakespeare's Star Wars books...

It just seems to work well. (Can someone suggest Driver go play Hamlet actually? I'd like to see that.)

Rey thinks there's still a bit of hope for Ben...

RE: Werepuppy's (Attempt At) Doll-A-Day 2019! - neon_jellyfish - 01-20-2019

Go for it, Rey!

RE: Werepuppy's (Attempt At) Doll-A-Day 2019! - Elfy - 01-20-2019

I gave up on young Ben in The Force Awakens. He killed part of my childhood.

*goes to google*
Holy cow, it's really a thing. LOL
And my library has them... hahahaha...
So many books, so little time...! I'm going to have to get at least one of these.
The stuff you learn here on Dolly Market xp

I think they've also rewritten some of Shakespeare's work as text and twitter speak.

Like the others, the Hamlet twist is great with those two characters.

(Elfy really was upset with The Force Awakens - he ranted about it for ages afterwards, and still does if given the opportunity. Although, it wasn't as good at the rant when they cast Daniel Craig as James Bond, I wish I still had that email xp )

I don't know if Kylo is redeemable, he seems determined to take after his Grandpa, not his mum. Not as talented though.

There's a lot of good ones! Though hit and miss on the accuracy regarding Shakespearian style writing.

That is true actually! They've done it for a few classic lit.

I actually was right there with you until I was re-reading/re-watching and noticed some stuff about Snoke so... (Also after the loss of the great Space Mom - may she flip us all off from above - I realised that we need the Skywalker of the trilogy to survive for the hope of future installments. Because they will go back to the Skywalkers eventually, its money in the bank)
