I’m kind of afraid to rewatch the old Princess Knight cartoons in case the suck fairy has visited in the past 50 or so years.

Nora tries but she doesn't have enough strength in her own voice when it comes to her Great-Gran. Which is a shame because she's very sure of it when it comes to other people.

It did strike me as a very useful one.

It is fun looking up new works for tricky to fill letters.

Ah. Yeah, that's a reasonable worry.

187. Y is for Year Bears

[Image: 71868162_475b480ad94e5ee3087f1cf2b95675c4_standard.jpg]

An odd choice for today, but I found it fun. These are just bears with a year written on their paw. They're both Steiff bears and are part of their cozy range, which means they're more cuddly and could probably be given to a younger child. I call them Rusty and Goldie.

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - neon_jellyfish - 07-06-2020

Cute! I like their contrasting ribbons. And as always, they look uber soft and fluffy!

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - davidd - 07-06-2020

It could also be Y for Yellow Bears. Yellow Year Bears.

They are nicely Pooh colored.

Like Pooh the bear. Not, y'know, brown like the other stuff.

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - Lejays17 - 07-06-2020

Such cute bears with the match & contrasting ribbons.

We’ve got a couple of year bears - they are the Myer Christmas bears.

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - Elfy - 07-06-2020

We have a few of those. They’re usually the Myer Christmas bear.

Oooh that is one I did not think of. And you're right, they are colours I would think of putting with Pooh Bear.

Okay, you'll need to ex.plain to me: Myer Christmas Bear?

188. Z is for Zoophobia

Definition: noun. abnormal fear of animals.

Momoko really seems to exhibt some traits of zoophobia. Rabbie doesn't even know what he's meant to have done there.

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - neon_jellyfish - 07-06-2020

Don't worry about it, Rabbie, it's not your fault. You're perfectly nice and ador- er... rad, yes, that's what I meant to say.

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - Elfy - 07-06-2020

We have a big department store here. It’s called Myer. Every Christmas they release a special bear, so it’s become known as the Myer Christmas Bear.

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - Lejays17 - 07-06-2020

Poor Rabbie, you didn’t do anything wrong. There’s not a lot you can do about phobias.

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - Alliecat - 07-07-2020

Cheers for another run through the alphabet, with more cute bears, and, maybe Momoko just can't deal with a purple rabbit.

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - davidd - 07-07-2020

I can understand being somewhat unnerved by a purple rabbit with an attitude. And a burr.

Rabbie: Ah, thank ye lassie. The big job just took off wi' one look at me! An' I wis dressed all clean an' everything!

Oh, sort of like the Harrods Bears? I get it now.

He knows, but it is hurtful to see someone running without even talking to him.

Here's hoping I can get another run through!

189. Azone 1/6 Another Realistic Character

[Image: 71952366_91e530b341d650e8dfb3e41345c665ed_standard.jpg]

Arrival date: 19th June 2020.

For various reasons, we decided to cancel the trip to London in August. After doing that, I decided to use some of my saved holiday money  - which wasn't much because I needed to dip into it to buy a new television - to get myself something. That ended up being this girl here.

She is Enma Ai, from the anime Hell Girl. This particular version of her is from the 1/6 scale Azone Another Realistic Character line and is actually a collaboration piece. Her body is the Obitsu 24cm body, and it's very nice. Still got that great posing, but more aesthetically pleasing.

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - neon_jellyfish - 07-07-2020

I've been interested in this doll for a while, so let the enabling commence!

I wonder how she'll fit in the Room lore.

RE: Werepuppy's A Doll A Day Challenge 2020 - davidd - 07-08-2020

A gigantically massive new mega-screen television on which to watch episodes of Hell Girl in immersive high definition? So that then, when you turn and see her actually standing there next to you, you can get all freaked out?
