What a great hat. And the variety of string dolls one can find is quite entertaining.

Happy to see Meredith being satisfied with the hat! And Laszlo is totally cute (though a bit grumpy).

On a side note, it's funny how the name Laszlo became so popular recently due to a certain series. When it is being metioned, I even start to associate it with the series first, instead of with my father in law, one of my uncles, or the dozens of friends, co-workers and other people I know who are also called that. László (as it is correctly written) is among the top 20 most popular male names given in Hungary, though recently there has been a decrease in giving it to newborns, I believe because it is starting to be considered a a little out of date. I can't really say anything against that, it has been around for about 1000 years now (one of our first kings, who reigned from 1077, was also called László).

I named him after one of the vampires in What We Do In The Shadows. It just seems to suit.

She's much happier with a hat, and her string doll is very cute.

I overheard somebody asking recently if anyone still uses ironing boards. Apparently some do.

This Brief History of László was quite interesting and rather amusing!

And it’s actually used for its intended purpose when Elfy is working in the office too.  Not just as a handily-heighted table to take photos on.

And sometimes if I’ve been doing cross-stitch I will iron the final thing before putting it in a frame.

It's officially spring here and that's when Daisy does her best work.

She thought she'd spend some time out in the sun, picking flowers to give a basket to Timmy.

Taking full advantage of the spring day, and that the mowing guy hasn’t been here recently.

It a lovely basket of flowers she’s picked.

This is a truly adorable photo of Daisy among the daisies!

And lovely that spring is arriving!

This photo has such a warm and positive atmosphere! Aaahh, I feel so relaxed just looking at it.

Ahh, it looks so lovely and warm. And what a cute little basket.

That's exactly the series I was referring to as well. That is a fitting name for the string doll, I certainly see the resemblance ^^

Here's another one *raises hand* ^^ I'd be really interested to know how those non-users iron Innocent I don't really like ironing our stuff (and it doesn't do much good to black clothes on the long run. I rather believe in taking clothes out of the washing machine ASAP and hanging them out to dry), but, I use it often to iron fabric when I sew&craft).
And I'm happy to hear you liked the brief history smile

Daisy looks so adorable out there among the little dasies and with her little basket! I just love the spring vibes of this picture, and I wish I could be there with her (and skip autumn that's slowly but surely approaching here).

Had a mixed spring thus far. Mostly nice weather, although yesterday was very wet. However today was nice, so time to get out in the garden.

The dolls agreed with that sentiment, and here is Bethan, with her little doggy Spike. They have encountered a giant lily.
