Elissabat does seem to be one of those dolls that gets a lot of glue seepage. She looks fantastic, howver, the battle hardened vibes totally different from the pampered movie star of canon

Dawn is what I shall try first. And some Murphy's Oil Soap... because it's what I happen to have on hand.

Or perhaps she taught them a few things at the last dojo while acquiring her armor!

At least some of the sticky goo seems to be from a deterioration of whatever it is they used to varnish her bangs in place. If this is the case, I suspect I may find a lot more ickyness as I resurrect my Monster High crew from storage.

Elissa, based on the figure, came across to me from the beginning as kind of a harder-edged character. Not sure why. I have an elaborate story-in-my-head about Elissabat and her film career, but I don't know that it will ever make it to photo-story form. Too many ideas, too little time.

11 January – Monster High Elissa-bath

Using every kind of soap-like substance I can find in the house to tackle the glue-hair. We'll see how it goes.

At times I dread looking at my EAH crew for just this reason.

She does look contented in her bowl of soapy water though.

I hope the spa treatment gives Elissa a new lease on life.

Good luck. At least in the meantime, she looks so happy lounging in the bath!

It was her contented, joyful ex-pression as she lay there surrounded by warm soapy water that inspired me to snap the photo.

It is looking like Elissa's hair will be much improved after her spa treatment.

What a beauty! Her make-up is so chic.

I love Bratzillaz' (how do you make the possessive form of these edgy plurals ending with 'z'?) heads, not so much the bodies. MGAE always has great designs, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired... Oh well. She's gorgeous!

I agree about Bratzillaz: the designs are cool, the heads and faces are fun, but the bodies are almost total junk, with unattractive joints and low-quality materials.

I had not thought about the possessive form of the "edgy plurals" before. I would have done the same as you have, treating the "z" as an "s."

Cute. Too bad about the bodies, although it doesn't show here. (You photoshopped the wrist, didn't you! Tongue )
I'm sure Bratzillaz is already plural.

I can't stand the huge wrist gap. Bratz dolls have a hinge and pin joint that looks pretty bad.

Yes, Bratzillaz is plural, but how do you make the plural-possessive form? The Bratzillaz' heads for the heads of the Bratzillaz, as an example.  LOL

Well, just that, I guess -- Bratzillaz', if the z is an s. xp

The setting and the towel over her arm makes me think she’s a spa attendant, maybe she’s checking on Elissabat?
