Good point, davidd -- dolls that are accessible to everyone and fun.
Your girls have fabulously thick hair!

Day 166

I hope you're having a steamarkable International Steampunk Day! Over here, it's more of a stormpunk, but I'm actually glad, we need all this rain. And it's a perfect weather to enjoy a fancy cup of hot tea.

Ahhhh, such a fantastic steampunk crew

Who is the little... Byul I think that sculpt is called?
Thank you!

She's Byul Rhiannon, she was limited release and frankly, I don't recommend her. She's cute as a button, but her stock just keeps falling apart (she had a gold pleather belt, but it literally disintegrated, I can't fix it anymore, her mask falls apart all the time, her gold plastic shoes crumbled while still MIB...), and her wig does that thing when it looks like it got accidentally singed, but it just happened on its own, without a heat source (in the photo, she's sitting on that part, so that it's not visible). And her joints are wobbly. Her design is great, her quality not.

In Oddwickshire, she's Iaso Feverfew, magical healer and possibly an ancient goddess who's looked like a 12-year-old for past few millenia. I don't post her much, because the doll is in terrible shape and I haven't decided what I want to do with her yet. She'll need some major upgrades on more than one front.
What a grand and glorious clockwork crew to represent International Steampunk Day!

The processing on the "aged" photo is particularly well done!
The filtered shot makes the whole crew look amazing.

Such a pity about Iaso not being good with her stock condition. I had wondered why she doesn’t get featured photos very often, but what you say about her disintegrating makes sense.
What a great way to commemorate International Steampunk Day!
Very cool group portrait. And that couple in the back, well, they just always look fabulous together.
Thank you very much, everyone!!!

Day 167

A sort of International Steampunk Hangover Day, I guess?

I love the little ears on her hat! And the general gentle relaxation there is to this photo. And lookit the little violin!
A sweetly nostalgic scene with lovely warm tones of wood and brass! This pic brings to mind the times from his youth that my grandpa used to sometimes talk about.
Not a bad way to do recovery.
Sure, music is great for recovery from lots of things smile
Sigh, so calming. Music is the best way to recover (except for chocolate of course!)
Thanks, everyone!

Day 168

ADAW #23

I wanted to draw the background properly, but my migraine thought it's better this way.
