CB's A Doll A Week 2018 - Complete!
That Momoko is lovely! And I feel like that Darling Clover dress suits Pluto perfectly.

Thanks! Momokos are like a Barbie, but they are also something different. Their willowy long arms and legs make them look fantastic in clothes and they've got that enigmatic expression.

ADAW 29/52: Holly hanging out with the Dusty Miller.

What big, blue eyes you have! And your silvery-blonde hair matches well with the Dusty Miller (now I know what that plant is called – Doll a Week is quite educational)!
They're not dolls, they're action figures!

I just might be in love with Holly! Those pretty pastels!

ADAW 30/52: Lollipop Girl, Nicole from Norway, is a recent arrival. She's a second hand rose that came without her clothes or lollipop, I was surprised to discover she can wear a lot of Barbie size stuff. She has a much tinier waist, but something like this works fine. This is actually a Funville dress, the cheap line of Barbie like clothes you can find at Walmart.

I like the outfit you've selected for your new arrival. It suits her perfectly. She looks like a circa 1970 post-hippie era girl! Those big eyes with the dark eyeliner are reminiscent of fashion icon Twiggy. Her outfit looks like an A-line mini-dress from 1969.
They're not dolls, they're action figures!

I didn't even know these dolls existed... Yay for a new redhead!

I agree she looks somewhat vintage in style. Cute. Congrats on the new addition smile

All the Lollipop Girls make me think of British mod teens due to the faceups, which are basically the same. But they are each assigned to a different country.

I wasn’t hugely fond of her when I first saw your pics but I think she’s growing on me!
