Sturdy Hero: Red Riot!(Custom My Hero Academia Taeyang)

I finished a 'custom' of one of my FAVORITE characters of all time(and my usernamesake on many websites besides this one), Eijirou Kirishima from My Hero Academia!

A while back I got a lot of two Taeyangs on eBay, Rayne and Richt, and, while I knew what I wanted to do with Richt, I wasn't sure what to do with Rayne. He was in horrible shape, his pleather outfit had fused with his body in many places, and it was horrible and very very difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, since I don't rebody very many of my Taes(I only have four on Obitsus and three were rebodied over a decade ago) I didn't have an abundance of spare bodies to use for him. I did have one spare, but it was missing the hands, lower legs, and shoulderblades.

I still wasn't quite sure what to do with him, and he sat around for a couple of months. Then, after looking at his face for a bit, I realized he'd be perfect to make Kirishima!


Since Kirishima shows a lot of skin(of course I'd pick a character that did to use) I decided to frankenstein the two bodies so that I could use the one with the less messed up torso. He still has the lower legs and I THINK the hands(they could be from another doll, not sure) from his stock body, but since he has pants you can't see his melty stained legs. I don't plan on changing his outfit, so this is fine. His hands not matching are a little more noticeable, but not too bad. 

All in all I'm VERY happy with him. He's been finished for a bit now, but I've finally gotten around to taking photos of him!
