OMG! I was on the hunt for conversation hearts. You know, the ones that taste like chalk and have little messages on them? ONE tiny box!? What is the world coming to, when even those are non-existent 2 days after V-day?? Admittedly, there was some of the junky Hershey's valentine stuff, but I vowed not to forgive them for preventing (actual good) UK/European chocolates to stop being imported, and they changed the Cadbury egg recipe to not even use real chocolate anymore. (That was for my husband. He loves them.) eh... maybe I'll get over it, but I prefer to hit up the local Japanese market and get chocolates and candies there instead. But it doesn't help in the hunt for Valentine's day leftovers.
