so my parents are trying to tell me that going to the meet is a bad idea since ive got the boot - yes my podiatrist told me not to be on my feet for a long time while wearing it but i keep trying to tell them i wont be - i mean my trip includes going from my car to a train where im going to be sitting for an hour - then walking half a block to the bus stop where im going to be sitting for another 10 minutes - and then riding down an escalator to the grand hall at Union Station where were going to STAY and not move till we all go home - so right now its a 50/50 on if im going to the meet - if i can elain to my parents that i wont be doing more walking then what i do at home then ill be there - ill keep you all posted

ps. sry for my rant - it just irks me

I really wish I could go, since I'm just up in Racine WI, but I'm not sure I can scrape up the money. I really want to go though. I just met my first Pullip collector over the summer, so it'd be great to meet more.

I hope you can come, but if not we'll have other meets. Are you considering coming to PUDDLE on June 9?

My normal summer job is at a factory, so without having a work schedule to look at, I have no idea if I'd be available. Which is really too bad, because I would have way more than enough money to go while I was working. If I have the day off, I will totally go. It'll be nice to have someone one other than my one friend to talk to. It'll give my boyfriend a day off from having to hear about my girls

Nope, I still have drill the 21st and 22nd, but now I have class AFTER drill instead of the 2 weeks before.

Just so everyone knows, there is a private event on the 14th in Union Station's Great Hall so we will have to be out of there by 5:45. I don't think this will be an issue since we'll probably start the meet around 11 or 11:30, but I wanted to make sure everyone knew!

I will on the train by then, so it's not a problem for me! A wedding reception, I suppose.

So, we are meeting in the Great Hall at about 11 am, is that right? Anyone looking for anything in particular (chips, wigs, dolls)?

im looking for MJ's chips - i need them for my newest custom - so if anybody wants to let them go keep me in mind ^^
