This dress is ACTUALLY Sakura's, but since I haven't finished Mary Weather's yet and so far all she has is her stock outfit, she's borrowing it for a while. I had planned to add 5 rows of lace to the bottom, but by the time I got done with the 4th row of lace I was DONE sewing lace. It still turned out ok, even if I didn't add the 5th row of lace.
