Alliecat has come up with a fun and creative theme for Round 21--"Worst Clashing Hair & Wardrobe" Think of how it would be if your doll got dressed in the dark!

Entries are due by 0:00 July 11th. Entries can be sent to me via PM or e-mail. I prefer PMs, but if you are having trouble sending those, it is totally fine to e-mail me.
