You’re viewing the Round 43 voting thread. Thanks to all of you who took the time to send in an entry during this busy holiday season. There
were five entries submitted this time around—“Festivities—what do your dolls do for the holidays this time of year?”. For those who are wondering, the theme was chosen by Round 42 winner, NatTheCat.
Please cast your vote for your favorite from the following entries. Voting closes on December 16, so don't delay. The person whose photo entry receives the most votes during the voting period will get to choose the next round's theme.
Here are the entries, in no particular order…

Loving the pun, NattheCat
I love how everyone puts their own twists on the theme every round, I always worry everyone's photos will be similar which would make choosing just one difficult, but I'm always pleasantly surprised. Now it's just difficult to pick one because everyone's photos are so unique!
Looking for: Dal Lucia, Sentimental Noon, Taeyang Richt

As always, so many different interpretations on the theme, everyone is so inventive.
We've had some sweltering Christmas Days - a lot of people go to the beach or the rivers to keep cool on the day.
My family doesn't have a pool, but plenty of friends do, so this is a common site Christmas afternoon

I've never had a sweltering Christmas, but we've had some pretty warm, fall-like Christmases here in central FL We took beach trips for a few years, the sand wasn't insanely hot like it is in the summer which is awesome

I like everyone's entries, all for different reasons! No joke it's hard to pick. (Which is awesome!)
No swimming pools here, either, though we're not yet freezing where I live. X3

And I've thought the same; it's so neat that everyone comes up with different trains of thought!
I gotta admit, I was not e ecting to skeleton in a tree, nor the giant spider in her lap. Eek! X3

Congratulations to Offgenemi & Alliecat--both photos received an equal number of votes. Discuss amongst yourselves what the theme will be for the next round, and then let me know what you've come up with.

Congratulations to the winners. So what will the tie-breaker be? We've already done "dueling," I think. So, staring contest? Rock-Paper-Scissors (or Jun Ken Po)? Who can hold their breath the longest?
They're not dolls, they're action figures!
