What gorgeous photos! Bugs can be a hassle to deal with when taking outdoor photos of dolls, but it seems like it was well worth the trouble! All of them look amazing! Gosh, I'm really envious about all of those pretty places that are near you! There's so much natural beauty around your area~

Oh I love your pictures (as always)! My favorite is Aislinn thinking deep thoughts, but the one of Sunny at the end, oh, gorgeous doll and gorgeous scenery! I keep meaning to take a couple of my dolls to do a photoshoot at my favorite park, but it hasn't happened yet (because I am lazy)!

Haha, yes, get out there! Thanks for the nice comments. I included Sunny & Aislinn's pix in a set of greeting cards I made through Shutterfly. They are on the way. Not sure they will sell at the local market, but I will use them if not!

I am really very lucky... so many magical places here. The other night I was out in the beginnings of a thunderstorm playing with fireflies on my weedy flowery front lawn Glad you liked the photos.

Couldn't resist the bike for $11 on eBay! It's musical, & plays a hilariously squally rendition of "The Lonely Goatherd" while going around in a circle. It's so raucous it scares my cat. Unfortunately it's not really shaped right for the dolls to look like they're riding it -- or the dolls don't bend far enough. They can't sit down on the seat and reach the handlebars. Makes posing a bit more of a challenge.

Goodness, the Js haven't really had an outing since July Aislinn was still wearing her summer shorts & tank top. (They can be in denial about the change of seasons, just like me.) I shot a few more pix of her this morning after doing the magazine-ad one. With her very light skin and dark hair she's hard to photograph in direct sun.





Thinking about having a little wash in the stream? Too bad the tiny trickle of water doesn't show better.



Because who doesn't wear a scarf to the beach?





These were a challenge because I couldn't see the teeny camera screen for sun glare, and had to keep snatching her out the of incoming tide.

She's so elegant and beautiful looking! *o* She looks like a princess in the first two pictures, and like a goddess in the last two. Even though you said you had some difficulties taking photos of her due to her skin and hair color, they still came out wonderful!

Here's Grace, who arrived last week. After a little sanding to get some blue stain off her hands, she was ready for her first photoshoot. Here she is pretending it's not literally freezing out!





She also has somewhat scary hair-dryer-needing boots, so she got some shoes from the Mimiwoo stash for now.

She is a cute girl! She has this innocent face I like very much. I bet her stock clothes would look great on some of the other edgy girls. I didn't realize her jacket was colorful, it is very cute. I like the mimiwoo shoes on her. Congrats !
