For day 8 I photographed my favorite of my L.O.L. Surprise dolls, Miss Punk! I just adore her little fishnets, she's so precious.

Yes, they're around 3" tall. I'm amazed at how detailed they are for dolls that are so small!

This photo was partially inspired by Tank Girl and also the fact that I was wearing a fluffy onesie last night that I tied around my waist for a minute while setting up a photo because the lamp made me hot. LOL

my favourite girl I have already told you how much I love this on FB, the colours etc. Piper's character shines in every photo but I think this one is the winner for "show the inner Piper".
davidd, you're not wrong! I asked which yoga pose she was doing. I know yoga is not a 60s/70s specialty but that's what it makes me think of.

Allie, yup I have dolls (and more bears) who have stronger personalities to me than many real people. Piper is one of a small group of "other people's dolls" that I refer to as if she was human. Before anyone rings the men with the butterfly nets for me - I have always been this way so at least I am not cognitively declining in this instance

The book, Yoga, Youth, and Reincarnation by Jess Stearn was first published in 1965 and was a HUUUUGE and influential sensation during the hippie era, from the mid-60s through the '70s!

I read it a long time ago. What Piper is doing here, I'm sure, is dissolving clouds with her mind! There's an interesting... or maybe it's just weird... sequence in the book about yoga practitioners at a commune doing just that.

Doll photography: it will eand your mind, man! ;-)

Piper is indeed quite the character. <3 I think she has one of the loudest personalities of all of my dolls, even though her character isn't nearly as developed as a lot of them. xD She's certainly a favorite here, it seems!! Thank you all!!!

(Miss Edith, I'm HONORED for Piper to be one of the few dolls you refer to as if she were real - I do that with most of my dolls too!)
