The filter looks great on that one, just like the old photos from that time

Interesting mummy! Fun to come across good old toys, and photos of them. I don't know why it never occurred to me to take photos of toy adventures when I was a kid. I got my first camera at 11. ...?
Cleo's photo is very vintage-looking.

The filter, as many have said, really adds to the feel of this being an old find from back in the day. Also Cleo is gorgeous.

Emily!
I've always loved the look of the Emily doll. She's so simplistic and yet so filled with character.

I know it’s late but so sorry to hear about your brother!
I had one of the W.I.T.C.H. McDonald’s figures once upon a time. Not really sure what happened to her if I’m honest.

I'm not familiar with the character although I've heard of her. Your photo captures quite a serious -- and possibly trouble-brewing? -- mood.

I like the comics. The artwork is weird, cool, and funny. But I LOVE the Emily the Strange novels by Rob Reger and Jessica Gruner.

This is definitely one of the most interesting, and flat-out cool, dolls or figures in my collection.

Somehow I had never even heard of the W.I.T.C.H. series. It must have been fairly popular to warrant a line of Happy Meal toys.

The history of Emily the Strange, who started out as a figure on a sticker for a skateboarding apparel company, is quite interesting. Among the interesting points are the not so subtle "similarities" between Emily and the character Rosamond from the Nate the Great series of kids' books.
Just a couple of weeks ago I read one of the Emily the Strange novels, Emily the Strange: Stranger and Stranger, by Rob Reger (creator of the Emily character) and Jessica Gruner, which is one of a four book series. I'd read another volume from the series a couple of years ago. I do not exaggerate when I say that I had to set the book aside numerous times because I was laughing so hard. It was just so weird and absurd and stupid and arcane and hilarious I couldn't stop laughing. The Emily the Strange novels, or at least the two I've read, are among the funniest things I've ever read in my life!
10 April – DAY 100 – MGAE/Giochi Preziosi Hi:Glamm "Kit" Doll
Today is/was DAY 100 in the Doll a Day 2019 Challenge. I should have composed a more celebratory photo like neon_jellyfish does. But anyway, YAY for everybody who is still on board with the daily/weekly/whenever-y photo project!

Kit has a really interesting profile. I've never seen a Hi:Glamm before but there's something very appealing about her face.
Congrats on making 100 days!

I've never seen her either. She's cute.
YAY for making it to 100 days, in spite of everything else going on that you've had to deal with lately.
Hm, maybe I should look for those books at the library (says the person who brought another book home today even though there's a TBR stack that isn't getting read )

Congrats on making 100 days!
Thank you, and congratulations to you in return on completing the first one-hundred days!
The most interesting aspect of the Hi:Glamm dolls is their overly long legs, which I oh-so-cleverly did not feature in this photo. I think that was Kit's way of ensuring a return engagement.

Yes, Hi:Glamm Kit has a cute face, interesting eye make-up, and an oddly intriguing hairstyle.
Congratulations to you in completing the first 100 days in high style!
11 April – Equestria Girls Twilight Sparkle can scarcely believe we still have 265 more days to go with this project!
Unlike Twilight Sparkle, I haven't yet fallen down on the job when it comes to the Doll A Day 2019 project.
Not yet.
