They do do separate fashion packs! I got several of those as well as the dolls and the fashions that came with them.

I remember when the Creatable World dolls were announced. Cute photo, and also of the cousins & their wagon. I do like Star Wars, & think it's neat that you have this treasure from your mom's childhood (although ugh, it makes me feel old!!  ).
