Depends where you are.
If you're in the UK and you buy anything worth over £18.00 then it will get caught at customs and you'll pay customs charges plus Royal Mail's £8.00 charge to collect the customs charges.
There's one on ebay at the moment in the UK for £99.00
If it's marked "Gift" then often customs wont charge you.
I've got lots of my dolls from the USA and i'm from the UK.
With Papin, check around to find a cheap one.
She often pops up here on the Dolly Market actually.
Pullipstyle have the best prices shop wise, but keep an eye out and you might find a bargin here!
