Thanks vada! I was playing with his elbows trying to get them to bend at both points but they don't seem to want to budge... Although his knees work smoothly!
Would you suggest using some kind of lubricant?

Hmm, I really don't know. I would be concerned that a lubricant might damage the plastic, since oil-based anything causes massive damage to Pullip heads. This probably isn't the answer you want to hear, but maybe your Isul just has stiff joints! I've never actually heard of a solution for stiff joints -- it's just one of the downsides to the stock body that we collectors have to accept. I know you want to keep your dolls stock, but if his joints bother you enough, you could always look into rebodying him.
