I think the smaller one probably would work better for regular minis since the 11cm obitsu is kind of chubby. 1/6 should be fine for J-Doll, since they fit Pullip and they have the same body and the wings are proportioned to the size of the body and not the head! I don't have any J-Dolls but I could photograph the wings on a headless T3 or T4 body so you could get an idea if what they look like without a giant head in front of them if you want? ^^ (although Mei4Life does show them on a headless Obitsu)
I had such a hard time choosing which ones to buy, it took hours, haha!

Hours. I believe it. I think it will me as well. Trying to figure out which colour would work with the most minis. Thanks for the photo offer, but only if you have spare time and really want to -- I did see the pix on the obitsu. I just wondered if they might look a bit big on the Js with their smaller heads. They look perfect for yours' proportions. I haven't decided if I want their wings to look big or little I think you are right about 1/15 vs. 1/12.
