OK, I'm finally gonna ask this dumb question, but, "0:00 HST"... do you mean midnight, 00:00, the beginning of July 24, or midnight, like 23:59, the end of July 24? Duh, but I'm never sure if I should take that "0:00" literally or whether I have an extra day XD 
Renlee, if you're doing the re-sizing with software instead of on the page your photos are hosted with (Flickr? Photobucket?), when you re-size there should be an option to "maintain aspect ratio" which will keep the same proportions. Is that what you meant?, cos I didn't notice anything. Otherwise, like CB said, when you get the bulletin-board code to share the photo, there should be a menu offering different sizes.
