I got the dress from Etsy, the seller was dolly.boutiquee (yes, 2x "e" at the end). She's from Spain, and mostly sells Frutoso carry bags for dolls (so you know your in the right shop

And the shawl is knitted, not crochet (I can't crochet to save myself!), but because the pattern is Lacey, I can see why it looks like crochet because of the holes.
