I agree her gaze is rather intense, but it wasn't her eyes that creeped out the girl because she wasn't close enough to even see her face; Annie was lying on the table and the kid was a good six feet away. Maybe just a 'body' bigger than an action figure lying on a table...? I dunno.
I'm not sure if it was the same kid (they're twins) who later said Sunsette & Scarlett were cute, but, then, who wouldn't??
