As Elfy said, character I'm using Laura for is a weirdo, so it's OK. I think she might feel a little out of it because her twin sister isn't there.

I had to google "tropaeolum".  "Um, wut?  That's a nasturtium...?"  I didn't know the genus name  Do you ever make tea from mum's lemon balm?  It's nice.  Twyla looks a little fearful that flower might eat her.

I was googling the English name, and it did give me nasturtium, however, I found that confusing, because that's genus name for watercresses, so I went with the Latin name. Czech name of tropaeolum is lichořeřišnice. I imagine that it can be quite a scary word for people trying to learn Czech... There's not enough lemon balm for tea, it's mostly there for decorative purposes, we tie it into sheaves and use those as fragrant decorations. But I do like lemon balm tea!

I think the Oddwickshire crew classify as ‘weird’.
