Wow!! davidd finishes just under the wire on a technicality!
Did you ahem, Maudlynne, take all those in one go? It's fun to see the variety in your collection.
Hmm, the blue-haired girls certainly look like something's going on. And the photo of Toralei looks like a book cover -- one of those kids' sports chapter books. Neat lighting on Vandala. In many of the stock photos I looked up, she doesn't seem to have a nose.
And maybe Addie is off to ex-plore the Uncanny Valley!?
Anyway, cheers for finishing and entertaining us all for another year

And perhaps curiously, considering that they are sculpted to appear more life-like, they do not seem anywhere near as "alive" as do my more toy-like dolls and figures.Well, she is very realistic. I suppose it depends what you want to do with them -- the kind of photos or whatever, that you like. I mean, Hot Toys makes incredibly realistic figures. But that's really an interesting observation ... Maybe we are programmed to like cuter dolls the way we like baby animals with big eyes, etc. Something cute and fun you can play with as opposed to more serious and grown-up looking...?
