Crowds of people? Aren't you in Victoria, lock-down capital of the southern hemisphere?

Yes, but we are allowed out of the house for excersise.  And walking along the river is great excersise 

So everybody walks along the river? At the same time? In the same place? Completely negating any effectiveness, already questionable at best, of the lockdowns? Okay. Sounds like... pretty much everywhere else, then!
