Yep, it was a sheet of ice.
The gang has their convoy on the living room floor at the moment, as the revolution continues.

I've got nothing accomplished this entire week, glued to livestreams from Ottawa.  And for the moment I am snowed in as my snowplow guy didn't show up  
Late again, but since I'm still awake, I'm calling it "still Saturday night" and still within the week
