Whoa. That doesn't look good.
I am always amazed at your patience in taking time to do these photos in the midst of big repair jobs. I suppose it makes them a little less tedious though. All the photos look like the girls are really doing the work -- great job!
(It kind of looks like they didn't get much of a holiday, based on what they were doing in Florida.)
That is way too much list I hope you can knock it down some. Lists like that make me walk away, which is sadly why no progress is being made around here.
