The leaves are late coming out this year, by a week or so, but I'm seeing pollen already, which is early.  And of course the blackflies are here too.    Lucky little plastic people are immune to all that nonsense. 
It has been down to nearly freezing a couple of nights in the last 2 weeks.  Hopefully we are done with that by now!
A flower-spike seems like a lovely nature-friendly organic idea for a spear.

Been a while since I had my big beautiful blue guy out, so a quickie today.  Jake is hoping (as am I) that the long-awaited "Avatar" sequel will prompt Hot Toys to make a Neytiri...
